Collecting lemonade and beer bottles for the 3d back, helping mum wash out tins of syrup so dad could use them in the shed, washing jam jars for the next batch. Actually Poland is much better, we still do! Some beer bottles are reused, and we have lots of jars for our jam, kompot and stuff. Here carrots and peas come mostly in jars, not tins (so do baked beans). Not enough, though, and why on Earth people buy water in plastic bottles! We drink tap water, out of glass tumblers! <br /><br />Vaccine - you were unlucky, in a minority as far as I can tell. Maybe the first did not take properly? Anyway, in 3 weeks you will be safe! My 2nd is 1 June, and Vicky does not get her first until the end of May. Our idiot politicians forgot to order it!
