At my father's flats, each flat has a "cubby-hole" beside the front door, which most residents fill with some kind of ornament. Or maybe just a milk bottle waiting collection.
At Christmastime, they run a competition for the best-decorated cubby hole.
I reckon my father's design has a good chance, (the dove is suspended above the tree, not perched on top, by the way)
although number 44, I think it is, on the floor above, with its two-decker tableau featuring twenty Christmas Songs and Carols might give it a run for its money...
